About Us

I’m James Wilson, a behaviour change coach and accredited therapist with over 16 years of experience helping business owners, executives, and professionals shift unhelpful patterns and take intentional action—especially under pressure.

My approach is guided by the Two Minds Approach. You’ll learn to recognise the pull of your Rooted Mind, home to unwanted thoughts, feelings and urges, while empowering your Conscious Mind, where wisdom, kindness, values and logic reside.

Together, we’ll clarify your goals, unpack what’s getting in the way, and use my 4-step Change Process to build consistent, effective behaviour change. From boosting confidence and strategic thinking to improving communication and emotional agility, I’ll support you in showing up with intention—at work and beyond.

This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about leading smarter—with self-awareness, resilience, and a clear sense of direction.
